After that, locate our Browser Terminal from the VPS → Overview page. Log in to your virtual machine, then use the command line to connect a domain name to your VPS, and install a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate.

Next, open your browser and enter your server IP address. If successful, you should see Yay! You’re on Rails! default page. After that, you can edit your Rails project here: /usr/local/lsws/Example/html/demo

Follow these steps to install Ruby on Rails on Ubuntu:

1. Secure one of our VPS hosting plans.
2. Once you access hPanel, navigate to VPS at the top menu, select your VPS plan, then head to OS & Panel → Operating System.
3. Under the Change Your Operating System section, select Applications, and choose Ubuntu 22.04 64bit with Rails/OpenLiteSpeed.
4. Click Install, and that’s it.

After that, connect to your virtual server using an SSH client like PuTTY. Find your IP address and SSH login credentials by navigating to VPS Dashboard → Overview → SSH Access.
