Partner Program Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

The English version of legal agreements and policies is considered as the only current and valid version of this document. Any translated version is provided for your convenience only, to facilitate reading and understanding of the English version. Any translated versions are not legally binding and cannot replace the English versions. In the event of disagreement or conflict, the English language legal agreements and policies shall prevail.

Terms of Services

The Partner Program of Hostinger International offers you the opportunity to refer your clients via a Partner Program and earn 20% of each successful referee's first purchase and 10% for their additional purchases, upgrades, and renewals. By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. All of Hostinger's decisions are final and binding.

Partner Program cannot be combined with other Hostinger referral programs or incentives in respect of the same purchase. These Terms of Services outline the Partner Program that started in 2023. Any referrals made before 2023 will not be applied.

How to get a referral

  • Sign in to your Hostinger Pro panel.

  • Click “Make a purchase for your client”.

  • Select products you would like to be sent to your client via email. 

Eligible services 

  • The eligible services are any hosting, cPanel, or VPS plan of 12 or more months. 

  • Services related to domains and email are not eligible.

  • Also, services refunded by the client are not eligible.

Once you’ve sent the invoice, your client will need to complete these steps before you receive the reward:

  • Click the invoice link that has been sent to their email address.

  • Purchase the services you have selected using the link. 

  • Pay their invoice within 14 days of their registration.

  • Do not refund the payment, and be an active user for at least 45 days (active user means that their purchased services are not deactivated).

Also, such clients can further make additional purchases, upgrades, and renewals of eligible services, for which you will be additionally rewarded. 

The exact reward amount depends on the order value, which will be bought by the user who used a referral link. To see earnings:

  • Sign in to the Hostinger Pro panel.

  • Go to the “Overview” section.

  • In the “Overview” section, you will see:

  • Earnings: commissions you have already earned.

  • Upcoming payments: commissions you will receive in the future.

  • You will also see how many commissions you received from each client you have referred. 

Reward payout rules:

  • Earnings will be transferred via Paypal or Wire transfer depending on the payment method you have chosen on the Hostinger Pro panel:

    • Earnings will be issued after collecting 50 USD of earnings for PayPal 

    • Earnings will be issued after collecting 100 USD of earnings for the Wire transfer 

How to choose payment method:

  • Sign in to the Hostinger Pro panel.

  • Go to the “Overview” section.

  • Click the “Add payment method” button.

  • Select the preferred payment method – PayPal or Wire transfer. You will not be able to change your bank account details after choosing the wire transfer method.

Note: Rewards for PayPal are being paid out daily with automation which starts from 09:00 UTC. While the automation is running, it triggers payment for all eligible rewards. If you become eligible for a reward after the automation is done running for that day, your reward will be processed and issued with the following day’s automation. So please allow for some delay due to such automation and the time that PayPal may take to process the transaction.

Note: Rewards for Wire transfers are being paid out monthly on the last Thursday of the month. If you become eligible for a reward after that day, your reward will be processed and issued next month. 

Warning! Depending on your bank’s policies, the wire transfer may charge extra fees and exchange rate differences. You may receive less reward amount because of this. To avoid these charges, consider using PayPal.

Restrictions and obligations

Partner Program is meant for referring the referees that are already in your network (e.g., your current clients or potential clients you already have connections with). You are prohibited from “spamming” anyone you do not know with referral (purchase) invitations by any means.

 

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for informing the referees about the use of their email addresses by Hostinger for the purpose of sending invitations to purchase services. You further agree to hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your failure to inform the referees adequately.

Cancellation policy

Hostinger reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any Partner Program, as well as any referrer/inviter's or referee/invitee's ability to participate in any Partner Program or receive rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer and/or referee/invitee), abuse, or any violation of these Partner Program Terms and Conditions.

Hostinger's sole discretion, it reserves the right to cancel rewards in the event of any of the following reasons:

  • Hostinger is unable to collect funds from the referred customer.

  • The order is fraudulent.

  • The reward was earned improperly for any other reason.

Governing law

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising under this Partner Program Agreement will be resolved according to the jurisdiction and legislation where the Hostinger entity servicing your Partner account is located.
